Account & Data Deletion Portal
In full accordance with Google Play Developer Policies, users of Cyber Tic-Tac-Toe have the right to request the permanent deletion of their account, gameplay records, and all associated personal data.
Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)
If you still have the application installed on your Android device, you can delete your account instantly with zero waiting period:
- Launch the Tic-Tac-Toe application.
- From the main dashboard, tap the Settings icon (or visit your Profile).
- Scroll down to the ARENA SESSION section.
- Tap PURGE ACCOUNT & DATA.
- Confirm the prompt. Your authentication session, leaderboard standing, and remote records will be wiped immediately.
Method 2: Web Deletion Request (If App is Uninstalled)
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, submit the form below. Our systems will verify and purge all associated records within 7 business days.
What Data Is Deleted?
When an account is purged, the following data is permanently destroyed from our databases and authentication providers:
- Firebase Authentication Record: User UID, email address, display name, and avatar link.
- Multiplayer Profile & Rating: Elo points, matches played, win/loss history, and leaderboard rankings.
- Push Notification Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device registry records.
- Social & Friend Connections: Friend requests, mutual links, and active match invites.
What Data Is Retained?
We retain no personal data after deletion. Anonymized, aggregated system telemetry (e.g., total historical games played across all lifetime players without user identifiers) may be kept strictly for backend stability analytics.
